President Paul Kagame is set to receive this afternoon at Urugwiro Village President Umaro Sissoco Embaló of Guinea-Bissau who is visiting Rwanda on a three-day official visit.
The western african nation maintains good ties with Rwanda. Part of the agenda the two will discuss security and cooperation between the two friendly and brotherly countries. Tamtam News
